Being handmade, all MISTER TEES are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty on receipt.

Please contact MISTER TEES immediately if your order is faulty on receipt.

If the faulty item requires a replacement, MISTER TEES may request the safe return of the defective item to its UK address within 14 days and using its original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for its safe return and for all return costs.

On receipt of the faulty item, MISTER TEES will send a replacement or arrange a refund within 7 days.

MISTER TEES are made to order within 1-3 days of order depending on demand, are individually tissue wrapped in a standard large letter brown book mailer envelope, and are posted first class.
