Being bespoke, all FUNTIME CLOCKS are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty on receipt.
Please contact FUNTIME CLOCKS immediately if your order is faulty on receipt.
If the faulty item requires a replacement, FUNTIME CLOCKS may request the safe return of the defective item to its UK address within 14 days and using its original packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for its safe return and for all return costs.
On receipt of the faulty item, FUNTIME CLOCKS will send a replacement or arrange a refund within 7 days.
